Qantas is the flag carrier airline of Australia as well as being the country’s largest domestic and international airline. After 10 years of success with our initial award-winning Qantas A380 IFE design, we were again challenged to deliver a superior inflight entertainment experience that was reflective of their commitment to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction.
Collaborating closely with Qantas, we helped to design a new Inflight Entertainment system (IFE) for their new fleet of A330s, addressing several improvements including increased exposure to high-value content and timely contextual information to improve the onboard travel experience for customers.
The new system provides a central information hub for the passenger’s journey which is accessible at any time via a red button on the bottom of the page. It has proved very popular with passengers.
This ongoing relationship is an example of Massive’s strength in redefining passenger experiences and in working with emerging technology and changing content needs.
