Role Summary     
 
The Solution Engineer manages the customers technical expectations and requirements to produce outstanding technical solutions and bid responses that underpin our growth globally. You will contribute to the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions and project architectures. You will build long-term strategic partnerships with customers by driving adoption of Massive products and services, establishing and accomplishing measurable success criteria with customers
 
Role Requirements
  • 5 years professional technology experience, preferably in the new media software industry
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Software Product Owner, Architect or Business Analyst
  • Excellent communicator and writer
  • Extremely detail oriented, comfortable working independently, well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Creative thinking and ability to rapidly problem solve
  • Strong financial and accounting skills
  • Excellent presentation and social skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in web or device based application development
  • High level of comfort and experience working with all levels of professionals both internally and externally
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
 
 
Role Accountabilities
  • Quickly understand the technical and business level needs of a potential customer and explain how Massive could benefit them
  • Ability to run in person and online demonstrations of Massive AXIS software and services
  • Respond to RFPs
  • Cultivate strong technical relationships with customers and partners
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the capabilities of AXIS and our services.
  • Create sales tools to evangelize and improve the onboarding process
  • Ensure our governance and sign off procedures are followed at all times
  • Communicate with a range of stakeholders to ensure that a successful bid comes together and is ready for submission ahead of time
  • Understand in great detail the needs and requirements of the purchaser, RFI and RFP process(s)
  • Thoroughly understand the pricing requirements of the purchaser to deliver high value, complex solutions. Thus ensuring a strong profit to costs ratio for the company

  • Management and accountability for driving global bid management process
  • Be a highly engaging and skilled relationship builder, drive positive stakeholder relationships
  • Be consistent and creative throughout the sales process. Have a desire to find solutions to problems and meet customer's requirements
